The Everest Three Pass Trek is one of the most adventurous routes in the Everest region of Nepal, famously known for being home to the world’s tallest mountain, Mt. Everest. Along this trek, you will encounter some of the highest peaks in the world, all set against breathtaking scenery.
This trekking route includes the newly discovered Renjo La Pass, which stands at an elevation of 5,400 meters. This pass was recently identified by the local Sherpas and offers majestic views of the snowcapped peaks in eastern Nepal.
While the Everest Three Pass Trekking can be challenging, the rewards for those who take on the journey far outweigh the difficulties involved.
The views of the snow-capped peaks are unmatched. When you take a moment to look at the massive mountain ranges, you’ll see stunning sights that seem to touch the sky and beyond. This trek crosses three passes: Cho La (5,380 m or 17,650 ft), Kongma La (5,555 m or 18,159 ft), and the newly discovered Renjo La (5,400 m or 17,716 ft). Each pass offers breathtaking views of the mighty Himalaya, including Mt. Everest.
You will have the opportunity to visit the sacred lakes of the Himalayas Gokyo Valley during your trek, where the turquoise waters reflect the impressive snow-capped peaks of the high Himalayas like a mirror. The area offers magnificent sunrises and sunsets, with the radiant sun casting its rays to herald the day. While you will visit some popular tourist spots, much of the experience will be filled with wild adventure. A knowledgeable guide will lead you, assisted by porters who will set up camp and prepare meals during the nights we spend camping along the way.
